8x800. tough workout. 2:31, 2:27, 2:30, 2:28, 2:27, 2:28, 2:22, 2:13. felt in a rut the first 6. legs felt like trash and was just running even to just over positive splits for all of them, and then got halfway through the seventh and felt good all of a sudden. finished that one with willy, threw on the flats and gave matt as much as i could on the last one. fast pat is still there somewhere.
