Comments:
1st day of full body workouts. Did the following:
Lower back/ab workouts routine from RT magazine. 10 reps for each move. Just one set this time. Also added in 3x15secs of planks and 3x10 seconds of the holding your legs out in front of you while on your back.
Leg workouts routine from RW magazine with the chair squats, lunges etc, each one for 15 seconds repeated first 3 moves twice then the same for the second set. Pretty sore, gonna start with 2 days a week and progressively increase the amount of days and intensity of the workouts. Also gonna try a different full body workout on Friday, probs gonna alternate between todays sets and Fridays throughout the season. We'll see.
