Not super tired this morning. Dont know why... Got to Veale early. Key card worked and I walked right in before it opened (sweet). Justine was guarding (Feel better Blaire!) and I got in right on time. My foot still felt bad this morning. I would suspect a stress fracture, but I only did one workout, and My shin and ankle complex is tight too... It must be a couple day thing from doing the track workout. Might bike the tempo this afternoon, and just jog a little bit. Ill ice this morning and see how it feels...

As for the swim workout did 5 min kick, 20 min swim (breath every 2 strokes) 15 min aqua jog, then 5 min cooldown kick. Stretched briefly in the shower. It was freezing in the hallway so I didnt do hammies.
