elongated eastside crossover

Comments:
Didnt have Ochem today, so I got to run this morning. No one was around really, so I went out on an elongated eastside crossover alone. Nice to run on my own I guess. It was beautiful out today. Roads were good and the sun was out. Kept the pace up and strong. My foot is feeling better still tight. I can feel my shin more. When I started it was hurting a bit, but by the end I felt fine. My knee was getting really tight at the end though...

Did some 50m strides when I got back just because I had a little left in the tank. Then I stretched and did abs with Robert. Got in a solid ice too.

Race in a week.
