Time for some changes

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Warmer, windy, and puddles everywhere

Comments:
Ran 4x campus loop, knee wasn't too bad until right after the fourth one and something that felt like my IT band began quirking up too. A new and not entirely pleasant development. I'll be speaking with coach about this soon. Stretched, did 10 minutes bike, and ran a few strides, which did feel good.

Also, I've been stuck lately with my head too much in the clouds and not here where I need it. I have to keep myself more organized than I have been. This is my week to not have to do everything the night before. I will get things done earlier.

Anything more I say will be useless until I walk the walk.
