Resting HR: 64. Sleep: 6.5 hr. Late night after the guys back from All-Ohio.
By myself, stopped and talked with Tim on my way up to the cardio room, was feeling mellow, so I listened to Bible Belt by Diane Birch, max HR was 157, HR was typically between 140 and 150, stretched and talked with Austin, short on time today, didn't take it as easy as I thought I did.
