5 min kick, drills, 8 * 1 min on/1 min off aquajog, 5 min kick, need to work on my flutter kick, foot kinda hurt doing some of the drills, Tim and I were having trouble with the correct form for aquajogging, needed to tighten the belt more next time because it kept slipping, dried off and did some abs with Flick, 32 Ibis, butt exercises.
