Weather: 50s, very windy
Comments:
Planned on a longer tune-up on the weekend, then today. With very strong wind, I didn't want to risk taking on too much too late in the game. I was looking for a strong 8 miler to roll me into race weekend, but won't risk it at this point. Felt ok on this one and kept a good pace despite fighting a very gusty wind. Will run a couple more times.
