Pool workout

Exercise Type: Swim

It's all good in the pool. Forgot the aqua jogger so I did a bit more swimming. Did five min kick. Wkt 1 20 min swim ( alternating 1 & 2 breaths) wkt 2 then 10 min underwater swim and 5 min cool down. The music came on in the middle then went off. Couldn't hear it underwater anyways.

Back upstairs for a good back hips hammies. Then static 2 L7 and some planks. Alyssa Meghan Chris and Austin were all around new even messed around with the vertical jump thing. Feeling good at the end of the day. I don't think I will swim tomorrow because of the hard wkt and racing.

Plank 3 x 1:30 alternate 10 pushups
