haven't been feeling well the past couple days. still not wholly recovered but this was satisfying start to what would be a wonderful sunday.

2mi warm up, 5mi tempo, 2mi cooldown at an overrun town lake.

spent the afternoon meandering around town on my bike. curious to see what affect this has on my legs.
