Couldn't finish the workout today, probably because I'm still beat from Saturday and I did NOTHING yesterday

2k in 6:06 (the time was fine, but I felt awful)
1k in 3:06 (tailed off at the end so I just stopped)
6 x 150 in around 20

Other than the 2nd interval that I cut short, it wasn't awful, but I can't keep being sick. I need to take care of myself.
