Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy run with Ladelfa today. I didn't feel so hot, but I'm glad I got some mileage in. I realized something, and that's that I've completely taken for granted the fact that I'm going to conference. In cross country, I was prepared to commit to running with those last couple weeks to go until conference. I was taking care of myself until I found out I didn't make it. Then I got trashed, as I rightfully should have, then came back to about the same focus I had before.
All I need now is two weeks of moderation. I can still have fun, just nothing crazy. That means eating well, i.e. minimum cheeseburgers/fries (lets say no more than one every three days), and as delicious as it is, I'll cut back on Mountain Dew too.
I've seen so many people take this kind of stuff for granted, and I'll admit, I've done it before
, but I won't do it again. I can't. I've worked too hard. Its just two weeks of living healthier, how hard can it be?
