5 min warmup, 10 * 50m w/30 sec rest, 5 underwater swims, drills, not the most enjoyable experience as I am not a strong swimmer, thanks to Tim for letting me borrow some goggles, mentally and physically challenging, 2 * 20 New Eagle.
