Sore as fuck for the 1st 1.5 miles, yesterday tried another new ab workout from a 2009 runners world mag, it knocked me out. Sore there, increased the intensity of my leg workouts so I was sore there and then did a little more pushups then before haha. Kept it to a very chill run til the last mile back at school I ran it around tempo pace. First time running at the park in awhile, thank God its finally clear. Stupid people need to put their damn dogs on leashes though, had to stop on the way back as one came after me and drew. He's probably the reason I went so slow the whole time, he's not the best distance runner haha. Good for an easy day though. Still lookin to get 50 miles this week!
