Steeple drills

Did steeple drills with Brooke today. Carter decided to take off, so there was a lot of individual attention. We started out with all the regular stuff, and I loosened up very well. It felt good considering I was sore yesterday. WE then went over to the far side of the track and did jog throughs at low and 2 up (5 then 3 each side). We then moved the hurdles to the blue marks, and put it up to 4 up and did run throughs. Practiced right leg and RLR. Then we spaced them out more and did 50m run throughs. All of it felt great. When we hurdle, it feels more complete like I know what I am doing. I dont get that feeling on striders, or at the end of workouts (or at least not yet). My form and approach and landing are all feeling very natural. Just like Lil Wayne said "Im runnin' this, and I can jump the hurdles. I feel like Im racin' a bunch of little turtles"
