Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A good premeet loop. Right after I got done with steeple stuff so I didnt need to come back in the afternoon. I went out with shirt and shorts, weather was gorgeous. Toe feeling a little sore, but only when I curl it. Ill bring my biofreeze tomorrow and juice it up because the turns might be tough. It didnt hurt after thought. Felt slow on the run, probably because I was kinda tired from steeple stuff. Still excited to race tomorrow. Im not going to think I am just going to run. The first step happened a long time ago. This is all part of the race. MOT
Got back and went down to get my spikes for striders. I havnt really worn them in about 10 months, and it felt very foreign. I didnt feel all that fast, just flat footed.
After striders, stretched, did hips, and iced foot and back. No abs might do later. Do L7 later.
