Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Track night. Soccer game with the lights on -love it. Normally I hate running round such spectators but... adrenaline surge and early results helped clear my head.
Warm-up: 3 easy miles + 4x200 @ 7min pace with 200 jog "rest"
4x400 @ sub 1:12 w/ 400 jog rest in between
-1:06 (I believe this was my fastest 400 to date, surprising)
-1:04 (even more so...)
-1:07 (still would've have been a PR)
-1:09 (that's more like it)
800m break, water and stretch
4x800 m @2:45 w 800 jog between
-2:50 (oops)
-2:51 (what the heck?)
-2:42 (felt something break/die inside me...)
-2:44 (highest gear is definitely gone)
