Took Rocinante out to test out the race course.
An afternoon of tweaking handle height, seat height and angle...
dang this bike is fast.
Aero position is good. Definitely works some different muscles. hit a configuration where I feel strong and also set landmarks at 1/4 and 3/4 waypoints to help with pacing.
Still need to practice the turn around...
did course twice with break in between and random sprints of various set-ups.
