Resting HR: 60. Sleep: 6.5 hr.
By myself in a mostly empty cardio room, turned the bike around so that I was looking out the window at the beautiful day outside, listened to CAKE, took a quick bathroom break at 30 minutes, my bike was much more comfortable after that, stretch, 32 Ibis, butt exercises, minute planks, Coach says that I should check in with Jess next week about my foot.
