Drills: Heel walk and toe walk. Started to do high knees and felt some pain in foot, so I didn't do anymore drills. 150m (5 min) kick, 5 * 50m breast w/15 sec rest, 100m (2 min) kick, 5 * 50m breast w/15 sec rest, 100m (2 min) kick, 5 * continuous underwater swim, 150m (5 min) kick, really need to work on my flutter kick becuase I seem to go nowhere with it, ended up doing breast stroke for the interval which probably kept my HR lower than it should have been, more enjoyable pool workout than last week, 10 min ice.
