Little Better

Took tylenol today around 2, seemed to help with the hip. Little sore at first but by the end of the run didnt feel it at all. Just took the bike path over to the park and 1 loop in there then a half on the track. Picked it up to about a 6:25 pace for the last half, felt good. Basically ran an extended warmup haha. Gonna extend the distance more tomorrow but still not running fast yet, maybe some strides at mile pace or something. Hopefully makin a quick comeback. Iced it the whole way home.
