Warm up and Cool down for the workout.

Wish it didnt have to come to this, but it did. Its worth it though.

The warm up was fine. Ugly statue and back with Chicago Chris. Talked about training. Knee felt ok a little swollen perhaps. Back was fine though.

Cool down wasnt as good. To Pbl and back. Knee was super tight in the beginning felt like it was getting pulled to the outside (Drifting). Kinda like in the summer. Back was a little tight too. got a little looser when I was coming back. Do the stretches, Ice and advil. Also wait for the MOT.
