There really shouldnt be this many people on the bikes. It sucks that some of our bodies take such a beating. Did a modified interval workout that coach cooked up. 3 x 2:30 hard w/ 2 min rest, 2 min rest, 4 x 1:30 hard w/ 1 min rest, 2 min rest, 5 x 1 min hard w/ 30 sec rest. I was pushing it and getting my HR up there. Sweating a lot too. I guess it was pretty good. I could feel the tightness on my upper leg during it but knee was fine.

After didnt lift because the UAAers werent, and I wanted to stretch more. Stretched upstairs, did abs with Corey, and then a nice icebath.

I really want to run smoothly, but I also dont want to fuck this up. Patience.
