Out the door about 9, pretty easy. Snow was a little bit of an issue in places but the footing wasn't terrible overall. Water main break at Edgehill and Overlook was a little inconvenient especially when I got splashed by a car on the way back. Ankles and hips were a little sore from the footing, probably should have run on the treadmill but oh well.

PT exercises and stretches, rolled with a PVC pipe today. Hurt something terrible. 3x minute forward planks plus 1 minute each side. 2x max pushups, 41 on the first and 15 on the second.

Michelson, Carlton, Overlook, Edgehill, Woodward, Berkshire, Lamberton (too far, got to Cedar and had to turn around), Derbyshire, Overlook Ln, Overlook Rd, Carlton, Michelson.
