Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went and swam today. Yesterday felt like saturday, so I just kept up with my routine. Veale was very busy today. Lots of games and the Hoopa polooza? Did 5 min kick warm up, 20 min aqua jog, 20 min swim (stopped in middle to talke to David) then 5 or so cool down kick. I was tight in the beginning, but started to feel better by the end. I was thinking about the last lap. David joined in in the middle after biking.
Went back up to the locker room to do hips and back. Then static 2 followed by L7. Abs with David afterword. Link was around also.
Ill swim again tomorrow. Feeling a bit better. Back is sore but knee doesnt hurt anymore.
Good luck at UAA everyone. Next time we go to Chicago, I hope to be on that bus.
