By myself, talked to Coach about the doctor's appointment and the rest of my track season, Coach Palmer's cardio class wasn't using the cardio room, so I just hopped on a bike rather than dragging out a spinner, talked to Choo-Choo (i.e. the E-Train, Emily Tran) for a few minutes about conference and then listened to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and watched Sportcenter, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 5 * 5 min @ 5k pace (lvl 13) w/2 min recovery (lvl 10), 3 * 1 min hard (lvl 15) w/1 min recovery (lvl 10), 10 min cooldown (lvl 10), great workout, HR maxed out at 172 and my legs were a bit tired by the one minute intervals, changed and headed down to the pool.
