Bike tempo

Felt okay, not very many people in the cardio room at 9:50p. Did a mile warmup and a mile cooldown. Cranked the tempo effort at level 10 on the gray bike at between 110 and 120 rpm, which is a lot higher than normal for me. Usually I'm around 90 or so, but I tried the faster speed and it felt alright. HR during the tempo part went from mid 170's at the beginning part to just above 190 by the end.

Sleep: 10.25 hrs and still tired when I woke up.
