Steeple drills

Back at it with the steeple drills. Did a 400 or so on the track, then went through the whole circuit with Brooke. I was feeling kinda sore from yesterday, mostly in the hip. Knee was fine though. Stopped for a tennis break in the middle with Chris. I think Im going to stick to running.

After warmups did jogging over 36" hurdles, 5 on each leg lead and trail. Then we did run through, focusing on the acceleration. It is important to accelerate a few steps before (not studder though) and then the pick up during landing. Did several run throughs estimating the distance.

I wasnt really into it today. I couldnt concentrate at the end on doing the weaker left leg. It was tough. I dont know what was up. My right was good though. Its going to come naturally or not at all. Brooke looked really good today.

Bike for a little cardio. Did Static 2, hammies, nice L7 and abs by myself after.
