A nice progressive progression run.

Comments:
Ran from my grandparents house in aurora for my progression run. My first 23 minutes were at 7 30 pace. Then, the next 23 minutes were at about 6 20 pace. Then the last part of my run around 3.5 miles was at 5 43 pace. I was pretty happy with how it turned out. Abs, hips, stretching, and i came bAck just in time to see the heat lose their third in a row...nice!!
