Cardio fairly empty this morning as expected, based my workout on the one that the team ran earlier, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 10 * 3 min hard (lvl 15) w/1 min recovery (lvl 10), 16 min cooldown (lvl 10), listened to All Day and watched the "Whore of Babylon" episode of Supernatural, good workout, max HR of 178, talked to Obi and Stefan afterwards, stretch, Bear, butt exercises, minute planks.
