wasnt feeling this run even though the weather was perfect, 50 degrees and sunny, was origionally gonna go to rockville pike and back but decided to do the home course trail loops, my abs were really really sore(idk why maybe from sitting for the long carride yesterday?) no idea, but had to do a shorter run, even though the past two weeks have not gone to plans, i still plan on getting 50 this week, maybe 52 or so next week, then up to 55 and keep building, its not summer yet, and even though my goal of getting to 70/week by the start of summer is looking unlikley, if i am at 60/week by the start of summer that is till more than i have ever ran and i would be happy with it
....on a different note i weighed myself after breakfast and before the run, i came in at 174 lbs which means i have lost 12 pounds since the end of winter break, i am really impressed with myself in that regard i am back to a decent weight
