Came to Veale with Brett, watched the "Pagan God Motel" episode of Supernatural and listened to Reel Big Fish, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 40 min tempo (lvl 13), 15 min cooldown (lvl 10), good workout and didn't seem to take as long as I expected, guess the Supernatural episode was pretty interesting, HR maxed out 174 and was above 160 for most of the "tempo" section, saw Obi and the guys who are usually in the pool, stretch, Bear, butt exercises, minute planks.
