Sore Time Trial

Extra kilometer for the warmup due to the "ignorance" of our team haha. Whatevs, didnt really bother me. Timed the mile, sore as fuck man. Hips were really tight, just not good. First 2 laps basically jogged it haha and then realized erik was starting to slow down so started to pick it up just a tad. Last lap ran picked it up more and closed the distance from about 80 meters to around 15-20 at the finish. Not really tired at all, still not a bad time though. Erik was at 5:22 and dead, score. Were supposed to do 6 hills, did them hard and added two more for the hell of it. easy 2 mile cooldown. If we do distance tomorrow, only gonna do like 5 or 6 miles. Fear of increasing my mileage too much is creeping into my brain.
