Comments:
Was gonna go run outside anyways but, just way to strong winds and rains, not worth it. 5 minute warmup, 4 minutes hard then 2 minutes easy, obviously an estimate on the distance. Just a bunch of stretching and strides. Annoying. wanted to keep up my mileage for the week.
