quarry-hickory loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Mid day run from home. Did a hilly course, but no hill repeats. Ran quarry, snyderhill, genung, up to hickory, and back up turkey hill. I pushed the hills hard, and was tired at the top. I probably went a little to slow on the downhills. It was more than 6 miles, but not that much more. Back and hip were good, but knee was tight at some times. It was good enough to work with but I could notice it. grrr.

Got back and did hips, back, hammies while watching American Dad and My Name is Earl. Static 2, roll, and L7 followed by abs after.

Didnt get that good a rehab in this week, which is understandable. I am still feeling strong while running, but my body is weak somehow. I got two weeks to be ready.
