CU Long run

Comments:
Did a modification of my old long run from home. Ran down bike path to collegetown, they straight up through campus past engineering quad, bartels, and did a loop to the vet school before heading home the same way. Felt pretty good today actually. My hip and back were awesome, knee was kinda tight. My other hip was a little sore. Might be just random feeling from the weird lumpy thing I found this morning. Im pretty sure I have hypochondria. Run was more than 7.5, probably closer to 8. I didnt think I was running that fast thought.

Anyways got back, stretched, rolled, L7 while watching Rat Race (great movie). Iced for a while too. Spring break is over. Looking forward to good training back at school. It is really hard to train well at home. I really hope everything comes together in the next month or so. I am the only one that can make that happen though.
