Comments:
Out to Curley and back. 4x100 striders on the track. Got faster on each one starting off real relaxed. Just made sure to keep it really easy and slow. Feeling good about tomorrow.
I hope the 16 minute barrier has a doctor standing by because at 1:30 tomorrow its getting BROKEN.
