Comments:
Interval session on treadmill at St Leo's. 5 min warm up then on a 1 to 1 ratio did 20 mins at 1 minute sprinting bringing heart rate right up then 1 minute rest to recover heart rate. Much more interesting than a steady run on treadmill.
