Resting HR: 52. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Still slightly under the weather, felt about the same as yesterday.
By myself, met with Coach and Chris about de-booting myself on Saturday (5 weeks), seeing the doctor tomorrow night to evaluate whether or not I still need to get the MRI and my progression back to running, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 3 * 11 min tempo (lvl 13) w/ 2 min recovery (lvl 10), 6 * 1 min hard (lvl 15) w/ 1 min recovery (lvl 10), 5 min cooldown, listened to CAKE and kinda watched Sports Center, stretch, 25 new Eagle while talking with Tim about the second half of the semester, butt exercises, minute planks. Sticking by the goals that I set at the beginning of the season, I am dry until outdoor conference(if I make it). Coach says that we still have some time, so I might not start running until next week.
