Pool workout

Chea back to the pool. It was legit. Blaire was there and Ty and Perisa. Did kick warm up wkt 1 20 min aqua jog wkt 2 15 min swim. It felt sore in the beginning but I was better at the end. Back upstairs for hips back hammies. Then static 3 roll L7 and planks and Ice. This was hard to type on my iPod.
