Weather: warm inside

Comments:
Sucking wind. Didn't eat this am or yesterday pm. Seriously lacking in energy. Haven't run in 10 days or so. After 3 miles, I walked (incline of 7) for 1 mile and then ran the last mile in. I am hoping that one long week off hasn't set me back this far.
