Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 7 hr. Still under the weather, need to focus on getting more rest.

By myself, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 2 * 3 min tempo (lvl 13) w/ 1:30 recovery (lvl 10), 4 * 4 min hard (lvl 15) w/ 2 min recovery (lvl 10), 4 * 30 sec hard (lvl 15) w/ 30 sec recovery (lvl 10). 13:30 cooldown (lvl 10), simulated track workout, Coach wanted me to do a pool workout as well but I told her that I was under the weather so she decided against it, listened to CAKE and watched CNN, stretch, 30 Ibis, butt exercises, minute planks, 10 min foot icebath/power nap.
