Half mile warmup, felt absolutely dead. Tight as shit all over, just bleh. Then a 50 second run which I promised myself that I would only get to like the 250 and went out in the 1st 100 in like 19...I ended up just turning my gizz inducing kick for the last 200. Still made it almost to the gate somehow haha. Then easy as shit run to the park and other things. Made sure to keep it nice and easy and honestly like painfully slow. Bene readin up on how the Kenyans recover, they take it painfully slow on their recovery days so...think Im gonna listen to them. They know whats up lolz. Not bad I guess, for some reason doing another workout tomorrow? What the fuck. Im only doing a 2 mile warmup or so.
