So after talking to Jessica, I'm biking until Monday and then I'll try to do a run and see how the shin feels. Hopefully this will take care of things. So, I did the workout on the bike over by the outdoor track, outside, which was quite nice. It was the first intense cross-training workout I have had in quite some time. Then, lifting, shin strength, abs, hips.
