first attempt at track workout of the year, didnt go too hot but we can push through this. 3 200's 3 400's 3 200's, easy sounding enough right? who knows why but we all kinda sucked today. times were as hollows: 39 (big accident), 35, 34, 74, 70, 70, 33, 35, 36. aims for first 200's was 34-36, 400's increased from 74 to 72 to 70 (guess 400's were my friend today for some reason) and last 200's were supposed to be 32ish. mehh on 200's. 2.5ish mile warmup and 1 mile cooldown(had to leave early to make it to the girls hockey game, which they won! woot) but anyways. meh kinda day =/
