I was feeling really tight from yesterday I think, so I decided to cross train. I will still get my mileage, and I want to be fresh for next week. Biked for a good while HR at like 120. Just staying fresh. TV was on ESPN so I couldnt watch basketball.

Back upstairs to do hips, back, hammies, static 2, roll, L7, then abs. All alone. There was no one in Veale today :(. Finished that up then iced for a bit.

Farlek and hurdles in the morning. I can handle this.
