Shortened warmup on purpose, just out and back on Dudley. Felt okay I guess. Stupid 50s run on the outside of the track for some reason, didnt even try. Then for some reason we ran a DMR on our own. All of us just ran easy as shit. Mine was more of a tempo I guess, still a relatively easy day. Easy cooldown (shortened) Ice bath soon, found out Rodgers can run on Sat. so that means I can actually run hard for my two evemts. Fuckkkkkkkkkkkkk yes. Comvined the hills and 50sec run as one interval on here.
