Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Early morning workout so that we could fit in hurdles. Met Nick at Veale and we warmed up to Roxboro Middle. I was feeling really tight and weak yesterday. I honestly was nervous. Felt ok going out, then turned out to not be a problem. Legit.
Stretched a little bit before the warmup, then cruzed out for 3 sets of 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 3 off. We were doing pretty well keeping it up pace and staying strong. Felt good on these. Looped all the way around second lake and pretty much ended in the same place. Cooled down back to veale.
[Jumped right into hurdle drills]
Stretched alone for a bit, then Justine showed up for her lifting. rolled out real well and L7. Iced, but still really sore sitting in chairs all day. Feel better walking around. Testing my limits and reaching new heights.
