Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fartlek run, 4 x 3 min/2 min/1 min sets w/ equal recovery between segments, 3 min recov. b/w sets.
Carter, CKells, Tim, and I all did 4 sets. Each week I feel like I get a little stronger and stronger. So I gotta keep closing that gap. Should be a very interesting 5K at VMI.
