Back to Sunday swim! Pool was crowded today but it wasnt a problem. David showed up in the middle, but was doing some Greek Week stuff for a little bit. Did 5 min kick, 15 swim, 5 kick, 15 swim, 5 kick. The swims were a pyramid type thing, a lap of 1 breath, a lap 2 breaths, a lap of 3, then back down. Kept doing that and it made the 2 breaths way easier. Felt weak like I did yesterday in the beginning, but a bit better at the end.
Upstairs to catch the tail end of peoples practices. Did hips, back, hammies, then static 2, roll and L7. Definitely feeling less weak after all that stuff. I need to take all this in stride. Rebuilding muscle is painful because things are unbalanced and moving around. I know that it doesnt hurt when I race. Abs afterward.
